If wooden packing materials are used, an IPPC mark and an official fumigation certificate will be mandatory to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.

All packages must display clear shipping marks, including the product’s country of origin, to comply with international shipping standards and facilitate efficient handling.

Cargo destined for Middle Eastern destinations, especially Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, should be packed on pallets to comply with regional shipping standards and guarantee the integrity of the goods during transit.

We do not manage or transport any Dangerous Goods (DG) or International Maritime Organization (IMO) regulated cargo.

For an accurate and efficient quotation, as well as to prevent any future discrepancies, we kindly request that you supply detailed cargo information, such as the number of packages, weight (kg or lbs), and measurements (cbm or cbf) to the best of your knowledge.

OVER-SIZE SURCHARGE: If any dimension of a single package exceeds 2 meters, an over-size surcharge may apply. We recommend confirming this in advance with our Customer Support Desk to avoid any unexpected charges.

OVER-WEIGHT SURCHARGE: A surcharge may apply if the weight of a single package exceeds 2 tons. To avoid any potential issues, we recommend confirming this with our Customer Support Desk in advance.

We are unable to process Dangerous Goods (DG) or IMO-designated cargo through LCL shipments. For these goods, we highly recommend opting for FCL solutions. Examples include, but are not limited to, batteries, lighters, ink boxes, paints, flammable materials, explosives, environmentally hazardous products, DG/IMO-classified liquids or powders, and any items restricted by national embargo regulations. Furthermore, personal effects are not accepted under our shipping services.

Shipments involving globally licensed brands require the submission of a valid official authorization certificate for export customs clearance. This document is essential to meet regulatory standards and ensure smooth processing of the goods.

For requests involving partial Bills of Lading (e.g., one shipment order with multiple B/Ls) or a combined Bill of Lading (multiple shipment orders consolidated into a single B/L), our team manages these arrangements offline. Kindly email us at cs101@powerlcl.com for assistance.
